Site Plan*
Updated site plan showing existing structure and proposed addition with setbacks and dimensions
Floor Plans (Existing & Proposed)*
Plans showing current layout and proposed changes with dimensions and room labels
Elevations (Existing & Proposed)*
Building elevations showing how the addition integrates with existing structure
Structural Drawings*
Structural plans for the addition and any modifications to existing structure
Original Building Permit*
Copy of the original building permit for the existing structure
Structural Assessment
Engineering assessment of existing structure's ability to support addition
- All drawings must be prepared by a registered architect or engineer
- Submit 3 hard copies and 1 digital copy (PDF) of all documents
- Clearly mark existing vs. proposed construction on all drawings
- Include connection details between new and existing structure
- Application fee must be paid before submission
