Plan for proper disposal of demolition debris and hazardous materials

Safety Management Plan*

Safety plan addressing dust control, noise mitigation, and public safety measures

Utility Disconnection Proofs*

Confirmation letters from utility companies showing disconnection of all services

Asbestos Survey Report

Professional asbestos survey for buildings constructed before 1980

Structural Engineer Report

Engineering assessment for partial demolitions or complex structures

Submission Requirements
  • Demolition contractor must be licensed and insured
  • Submit 3 hard copies and 1 digital copy (PDF) of all documents
  • Provide proof of liability insurance coverage
  • Include timeline for completion of demolition work
  • Application fee must be paid before submission
  • Notify adjacent property owners 48 hours before demolition
