Professional asbestos survey for buildings constructed before 1980
Structural Engineer Report
Engineering assessment for partial demolitions or complex structures
- Demolition contractor must be licensed and insured
- Submit 3 hard copies and 1 digital copy (PDF) of all documents
- Provide proof of liability insurance coverage
- Include timeline for completion of demolition work
- Application fee must be paid before submission
- Notify adjacent property owners 48 hours before demolition
